3. Match-up is based on AGA and CGA ratings. Due to membership requirement and rating update, the match-up is NOT final and subject to change.

5. If your opponent gets disconnected from KGS, or you have other issues, contact Tournament Director (TD) or assistant immediately using 'Chat' function in KGS. A disconnection time will be recorded. Disconnection of more than 5 min in one disconnection, or more than 4 times of disconnection will result in automatic loss of the match.
6. If a player is late, contact TD or assistant, and 3 times of the time that is late will be deducted. Both players start at the new clock (less time), then the player that is late adds time to 1 hour for the other player, by using add-time function of KGS.

RULES
1. AGA rules. All games are even with komi of 7.5 points.2. 1 hour of basic time, 5 periods of 1 minute overtime.
3. A solid internet connection is strongly suggested. If a player gets disconnected 5
times, or is disconnected is for more than 5 minutes, the player will forfeit the
game, subject to appeal to the Tournament Director.
4. Players agree to use Skype and a web camera to view each other during the
games.
5. If a player is more than 20 minutes late for a game, and does not contact the
partner with a satisfactory explanation by that time, the late player will forfeit the
game. Either player may appeal to the Tournament Director on forfeits.
